The CCSD safety team has been driving and monitoring the roads today and we feel confident in a decision for tomorrow.

The District will have a delayed opening of ONE hour Friday, January 19th. Classes at the CCETA will officially begin at 8:50 a.m. and classes at CCHS will officially begin at 9:00 a.m. Students should bring their AMI work, if completed.

Bus pick-up schedules will be delayed ONE hour. For example, if your child is normally picked up at 7 a.m., they will now be picked up at 8 a.m. This delay will give our bus drivers an extra hour in the morning to ensure safety. Safety is always our first priority. All bus drivers are instructed to avoid dangerous or impassable roads.

Buses will be running on snow routes in the morning and afternoon. When snow routes are implemented select roads will not be traveled. On these days, students will need to be at the pickup point five minutes prior to pickup time. All students with a new pickup point will be contacted.

We will run snow routes in the morning and afternoon. If anything changes, we will notify you by midday. Please continue to monitor our Facebook page and we will send out a School Messenger message with any updates.
